Image resizing

Change in the rescaling policy:
All uploaded images are rescaled to 1024x768 with the frame, so that the frame size if always the same relative to the framed image regardless of the uploaded image resolutiion.

Please comment if like or dislike this policy, or would prefer additional resolutions.
